Shopping Experience August 9, 2018 Reviewer: Brian M. from Alturas, CA United States   The speaker I ordered would not fit in my cabinets cut out.  My bad.  Emailed the Returns Department.  They quickly sent reply authorizing me to return the speaker.  Easy process, no muss, no fuss.  Word to the wise, before ordering replacement speakers make sure they will fit in your existing cabinets cut out opening! Replacement Speakers September 14, 2015 Reviewer: Mark Owens from Roswell, GA United States   Speakerworks does it again! A year ago you guys pulled through for me sending sending replacement cones. I fixed five speakers and saved them from the garbage heap. This time you saved the day by sending me three replacement woofers for a pair of Polk speakers. You folks rock it!!!!
