Screw holes on ring will line up with many woofer screw holes so ring and woofer can be mounted with one set of screws. The grill snaps into place over mounting ring assembly. Once assembled, the mounting screws are not visible. The low profile design is acoustically engineered. Sold individually.

After looking for quite a while for speaker grilles with a specific bolt pattern I came across these. They have multiple holes for different bolt patterns and fit perfectly and look great.

Great solution for cat proofing my Cambridge Soundworks Tower 1's. Fit right over the 5-1/4" midrange perfectly. I mounted them over the drivers using 1/4Wx1/2L #6 nylon spacers, reversed the mounting bracket, and used all 4 of the original driver screws (which lined up perfectly) for a solid over driver fit.
