Description
 
Kit to repair one 3" inch speaker. Comes with 1 surround, instructions, can be ordered with or without adhesive, applicator brush, and phone or email technical support. Fits a speaker cone of 2 1/4 inches. This surround is an angle attach but will work on flat attach speaker cones.

Fits:
B&O Bang&Olufsun Beolab Penta and many other 3" speakers.

Surround Outside Diameter 2 15/16"
Speaker Cone Outside Diameter 2 1/4"
Surround Inside Diameter 2"

These surrounds have a slight angle but will also work on flat attach speaker cones.

I needed 3” foam surrounds for my laptop speakers. Speakerworks was the only place that had the exact measurements. The surrounds came in quickly and were easy to install. They fit like a glove and my speakers are like new.

SpeakerWorks had the exact parts needed to re-foam an old pair of Bang & Olufsen Penta Towers with four mid-range drivers in each tower.  Excellent instructions made everything go smoothly the first time.   Speakers sounded like new.

Speaker repair kit arrived quickly.  All components to make repair were there.  Proceeded after watching several You Tube videos.  Repair was to a 2.5 inch woofer speaker for portable boom box, 25 years old.  Foam around edge had severely degraded.  Parts fit as expected.  Repair went as expected.  Unfortunately, the speaker continued to be distorted, probably due to other reasons.  Ended up purchasing a new replacement speaker, which worked well enough.  It was interesting to do this attempted repair and learn about the speaker construction and operation.
