Description
 
Kit to repair one 3-1/2 inch speaker. Comes with 1 surround, instructions, can be ordered with or without adhesive, applicator brush, and phone or email technical support. Fits a speaker cone of 2-9/16 inches. This surround is an angle attach but will work on flat attach speaker cones.

Works for: most 3-1/2" speakers

My speaker foams were turning to dust, I used this kit to replace them. I really needed something between the 3.5 and 4 inch foam, but was able to bridge the gap on the 3.5 with the included latex glue rather than get the 4 inch and trim them. I feel confident I could complete the project with my other boomboxes now, so I'm less worried about them deteriorating under use. The included instructions were useful.

I was able to repair my mom's SONOS Play1 with the speaker surround replacement and it has held up for a few months now, and I am going to repair another one now. They are kept outdoors so I guess the rubber eventually cracks. When she told me the second one blew out as well I was worried it was the one I had repaired but she has assured me it was not and it is just that both of those older SONOS models had eventually had the rubber become brittle and they are definitely repairable with the Speaker Works kit.

I ordered the wrong surrounds (3.5").  I reordered, received and installed the correct 4" surrounds.  What are the cost effective return options for me?
