Kit to repair one 15 inch speaker. Comes with 1 surround, instructions, can be ordered with or without adhesive, applicator brush, and phone or email technical support. Fits a speaker cone of 12" Works on flat attach speaker cones. Works for JL 15W6.

The single 15-inch foam surround arrived a bit squashed in a padded envelope, but straightened out nicely with a hair dryer.
This was a perfect fit for a JL Audio 15W0 4-ohm woofer.  The stiffness/thickness was perfect as well - the Thiele/Small parameters after the new foam was installed were very close to factory specs.

I used your product to repair the damage Eazy-E did to my wonderful speakers. It's nice when a company offers a product for those of us who are mechanically inclined to repair our own stuff! I repaired my 2 15" JL Audio W0-8 subs that I had blown with your product, the ease of use was commendable and easy to follow instructions made the repair a fairly straight forward experience. I've had them back up and thumping for a couple weeks now and they're holding up wonderfully so far! I'll recommend your product to anyone who has a similar issue as often as I can! Thanks for the fast shipping and affordable product!! I'm just a broke, unemployed, disabled comic who loves his music! I'd be happy to send pics if interested, thanks again!!

These fit nicely on my speakers, I have them installed now but have not yet had a chance to test them. I mounted the outer edge by connecting my subs to a free tone-generator app and playing a 50Hz tone in order to center the voice coil without messing with shims. The only reason I did not score 5/5 is because the glue took a long time to set which made keeping the entire ring flush meant constant attention until I found a few plastic buckets (5-gallon) whos rim was the exact size I needed to apply even pressure around the whole edge of the surround in order to hold it all down at the same time, I left a box of nails on the inverted bucket and allowed the glue to set overnight. I think they came out looking very nice and appearance is as they were before the dry rot took hold, factory new.
